Link Life Fife - Supporting Mental Health and Long-Term Health Conditions

Link Life Fife is a community support service for adults (18+) living in Fife who are experiencing mental health difficulties or managing a long-term health condition that affects their wellbeing.

We provide practical and emotional support to help you cope with challenges such as stress, anxiety, low mood, or feeling overwhelmed, and to improve your overall quality of life.

Who can access the service?

Link Life Fife supports adults, who are experiencing any of the following:
· Emotional distress as a result of social circumstances
· Persistent poor mental wellbeing
· A long-term health condition that affects mental wellbeing

How can I make a referral to the service?

Referrals are accepted from health professionals in Primary Care from GP practices across Fife.

How will Link Life Fife support you?

Our Link Worker will:
• Listen to what matters to you
• Identify your needs, skills and strengths
• Provide information and options for informed choices and decisions
• Support you to access services or community resources
• Connect you with activities or social groups
• Support you to make positive changes in your life
